Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Team Member. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves unloading and organizing inventory when necessary. This hybrid position is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, but allows for some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Effective Communication and Sales skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as Unloading when required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
