Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a member of the Sales Department. The position is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Dept Member will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
