Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Channel Manager for the African Region will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with channel partners, driving channel sales, and providing top-tier customer service. The role includes overseeing sales management processes, developing strategies to increase market share, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
