Role Description

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Posting job openings and managing the recruitment process
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with candidate selection
  • Onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Managing conflict resolution and employee disciplinary actions
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Compensation and Payroll:

  • Managing salary structures and compensation programs
  • Conducting compensation reviews and market research

HR Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintaining personnel records and documentation
  • Managing HR audits and reporting requirements

Training and Development:

  • Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs
  • Tracking employee progress and performance

Performance Management:

  • Implementing performance appraisal processes and systems
  • Providing guidance to managers on performance feedback and evaluations
  • Assisting with the development of performance improvement plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience within all HR function, preferably within the food, beverage, or manufacturing industries
  • Effective Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
