Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Kahawa ward, with some acceptable work-from-home arrangements. As an Administrative Assistant Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of the agency, including handling phone calls, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative assistance. You will perform clerical duties, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth communication within the office.
Qualifications
- Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Clerical Skills including data entry and record maintenance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant college program
