About the Role
Responsible for a group of clients, their maintenance, and retention. Required to meet with clients remotely, attend daily meetings, and manage different platforms to resolve the client's requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for a group of clients, their maintenance, and retention.
* Attend daily meetings to discuss client issues and updates.
* Manage different platforms to resolve client requests efficiently.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries.
* Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
* Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
* Assist in the development of client service strategies.
support Associate is responsible for assisting the contact center with incoming requests via calls, emails, and live chat. These requests come from employees, clients, and internal departments
Requirements:
* Experience in an office environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Emotional intelligence. "
Monday to Friday
9pm to 6pm CST
4pm to 1 am KEN
