Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Specialist. Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and operations management
  • Proven Business expertise with the ability to identify and achieve organizational goals
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
  • Customer Service skills to maintain and improve client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using business and productivity tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with market trends and strategic thinking is an added advantage
