We're searching for an Access to Finance savvy strategist who can bridge enterprises, financiers, and markets to design solutions that help SMEs scale, grow revenues, and create jobs across East Africa.

The Head of Strategy & Consulting plays a pivotal role in turning this vision into reality by building a critical mass of enterprises that are investor-ready. As these businesses scale, they grow their revenues, create quality jobs, and stimulate wider economic ecosystems. This role is therefore not just about strategy on paper it's about driving transformation in SMEs, unlocking capital flows, and fuelling inclusive growth across East Africa.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

7+ years in banking, consulting, or financial services, with exposure to SMEs/markets

Proven track record in business strategy, credit, investment, or enterprise finance

Experience engaging with donors, corporates, or financial regulators

Leadership skills to guide projects and inspire teams

Master's degree or professional certifications in strategy, finance, or project management is a bonus.
