Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Reps and Agents at Amara Capital Limited. The position is located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Reps and Agents will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with market research and client relationship management
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
