Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Insurance Sales Agent located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and leveraging insurance brokerage skills. The role includes developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate insurance solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications

  • Insurance Sales and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in Insurance is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Relevant professional certifications in Insurance are an added advantage
