Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, selling financial products, and meeting sales targets. .

Qualifications

  • Sales acumen and experience in client engagement and relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial science
  • BCOM insurance option
  • COP
  • Diploma in insurance

**Renumeration

Britam pays strictly on Commissions structure according to the industry regulation.There is no Retainer.
