Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales and Marketing role involves generating leads, closing sales, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, facilitating sales training programs, and managing sales teams to achieve targets. This role also requires effective communication and the ability to respond promptly to client inquiries and special requests.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training sales personnel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
