Job overviewWe are seeking a resourceful and proactive Admin Assistant to support one of our clients in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector. This role is ideal for candidates who have previously worked in a technical ISP environment and are well -versed in procurement and storekeeping functions. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency while working in a fast -paced, customer -focused industry. If you have a strong administrative background and are looking to grow within the ISP space, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and attend to all guests professionally, ensuring they are well -provided for and promptly directed to the appropriate departments. This contributes to timely and accurate communication of information across the organization.Manage all incoming communications at the front office—calls, visitors, and deliveries—by recording and distributing information without delay.Coordinate the sending and receiving of mail and packages to ensure efficiency and accountability in office correspondence.Open and close the office consistently and punctually, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and order to ensure a presentable work environment at all times.Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring the workspace is compliant with safety, fire, and environmental standards.Manage the procurement of office assets and supplies by following company procedures and procurement policies, maintaining up -to -date procurement records, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.Maintain and update the company's asset register regularly, ensuring accurate tracking and proper handling of all assets. Monitor the condition of assets and coordinate timely repairs or maintenance, promoting accountability and longevity of office property.Ensure staff have access to all necessary tools, supplies, and amenities in collaboration with management, while ensuring responsible use and availability.Manage the office store by tracking stock levels, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring items are securely stored. Supplies must be consistently available, with minimum wastage or loss. RequirementsDiploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Office Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of administrative experience, with experience in an ISP environment highly preferred.Proven experience in procurement, storekeeping, or asset management.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use office equipment effectively.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.Familiarity with occupational safety, environmental management, and compliance regulations is an added advantag How to ApplyIf you meet the above qualifications, kindly email your CV to ;\/span> with the subject line: Admin Assistant ISP on or before 11th of August 2025.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
