Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Mombasa. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and assisting clients in understanding and selecting suitable insurance coverage. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and meeting sales targets.

  • Insurance Sales and Sales skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
