Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Mombasa. In this role, you will engage with potential clients to promote the company's products or services, identify and develop new sales opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks will also include managing sales pipelines, meeting sales targets and preparing sales reports. You will serve as the face of the company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the company's market presence is strong at all times.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to analyze market trends
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus
  • Prior experience in sales or a similar role is preferred
