As part of our growth journey, we are seeking an exceptional Medical Sales Representative to lead Medivo's Sales strategy and accelerate our market expansion.

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for designing and executing Medivo's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the healthcare market.

This is a hands-on executive role ideal for a visionary yet execution focused professional with a strong medical background, proven business acumen, and the ability to translate commercial strategy into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  1. Develop and implement Medivo's commercial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare solutions.
  3. Monitor industry trends and position Medivo to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Business Development & Partnerships

  1. Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and private healthcare providers.
  2. Lead negotiations for tenders, contracts, and strategic partnerships with both local and international stakeholders.
  3. Expand Medivo's product and solutions portfolio through alliances with global manufacturers and distributors.

Commercial Operations

  1. Oversee pricing strategies, sales processes, and tender management to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  2. Establish and manage KPIs, reporting frameworks, and commercial performance dashboards.
  3. Drive customer satisfaction and after-sales excellence as a differentiator in the market.

Leadership & Culture

  1. Lead, mentor, and grow Medivo's commercial team to deliver on strategic and financial objectives.
  2. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. A bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Officer, or a related healthcare field is required.
  2. An advanced qualification in Business Administration, Strategy, or Health Economics, or proven experience in business, is highly desirable.
  3. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development within the healthcare or medical supply industry.
  4. Proven experience in tender management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership development.
  5. Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to bridge clinical understanding with business strategy to drive growth.
