Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and presenting the company's wide range of services. Daily tasks include cold calling, conducting sales meetings, managing accounts, and generating leads. The Sales Representative will also be involved in negotiating and closing deals while maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions with clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Communication, and Relationship Management skills
  • Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, and Client Acquisition strategies
  • Ability to understand and promote services such as academic writing, crypto management, and business consultancy
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to document interactions and account details effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a client-facing sales role is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision
