Safety Surveyors Limited is a Risk management and consultancy firm with the bulk of our customers being Insurance companies and other financial institutions. Our mandate is mainly to advise our clients on their risk exposure prior to making financial commitments and to quantify the loss on the event of occurrence of an insured risk. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our technical team in the Non-Motor department. The successful candidate will be responsible undertaking Risk Surveys, Investigations and loss adjustment and generating reports for the benefit of Insurance companies.

Role Description

Service Delivery: - Assignments will be allocated to the successful candidate from either Risk Survey, Investigation or loss adjustment and the candidate will be trained to generate accurate and quality reports of findings from the site within the agreed upon turn around time.

Account Management: - Accounts shall be allocated to the successful candidate with KPIs in:

  • Business Development: Retention and growth of the accounts as well as acquisition of new customers to grow the portfolio
  • Quality Assurance of all reports to be dispatched to the specific customers
  • Ensuring effective and efficient service delivery for all reports from the specific customers
  • Collections - Analysis of aging analysis for the specific accounts and ensuring payment as per the agreed upon credit terms
  • Rapport Building with the specific customers

Upon successful completion of the training period, the successful candidate shall be absorbed in a permanent capacity for the organization.
