You are also responsible for creating visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner.Reporting into Head of Marketing Key Responsibilities ● You are responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for internal and external purposes.● You are to fulfil all video and graphics needs as required by the company● You are required to use good video and graphics to improve the success of marketing and communication tools● Read, review, edit scripts and determine the best method for producing video from the script.● You are to ensure that you highlight the most important information and communicate the appropriate tone or feeling of the material through your videos, graphics and designs● Capture studio -quality photographs and videos● Work both on and off site (at external events & training)● Produce and edit content and build a library of amazing product and services videos, testimonial, educational & explainer videos and any other types of videos company may need● Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing● Regularly collaborate with marketing team● Follow company's brand guidelines and managing external agencies in ensuring brand guidelines are followed● Develop an overall video brand messaging strategyKey Relationships● Marketing Specialist● Digital Marketing Specialist● Campaign/Marketing Manager● Communications SpecialistKPIs to measure success● Successful project execution● High level of design quality● Timely communication on status of designs● Policy compliance● Technical proficiencyRequirements Key Skills & CompetenciesSkills● Exceptional creativity and innovation● Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines● 2 -3 years of experience as a graphic specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio to show● Some experience in using video and editing equipment● Creative thinker● Critical thinker and problem -solving skills● Team player● Good time -management skills● A good understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment● Great interpersonal and communication skills● Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Davinci Resolve● Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics and design is preferred
