Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Nairobi. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and designing instructional materials. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and collaborating with other departments to identify and address training requirements.
