Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and data-driven
Digital Manager
to lead SuperCosmetics' digital growth across e-commerce, social commerce, and omnichannel platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on marketing, analytics, and team leadership experience. This role is responsible for ensuring a
profitable digital P&L
, optimizing performance across channels, and building a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.

You will oversee a cross-functional digital team covering
Performance Marketing, Website Management, Social Commerce, CRM, and Data Analytics
, ensuring each area contributes to profitable growth and long-term customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Joint Business Plans(JBP) & Brand Collaboration

  • Partner with key suppliers and brands to deliver Joint Business Plans.
  • Develop performance scorecards per brand, tracking investment efficiency and digital ROI.
  • Support the execution of online brand campaigns, product launches, and activations.

Performance Marketing & CRM

  • Lead all paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)ensuring
    maximum ROI
    and efficient spend allocation.
  • Build and manage
    CRM campaigns
    to drive repeat purchases, loyalty, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with brands to
    maximize investment
    and digital share of voice.
  • Own the
    digital marketing budget
    , ensuring spend aligns with sales and profitability targets.

Channels Management

  • Oversee all digital sales channels:
    Website (WooCommerce), Social Commerce (Meta, WhatsApp, Sukiba, Glovo) & Other Platforms.
  • Ensure
    consistent content, pricing, and promotional alignment
    across channels.
  • Supervise digital product owners and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure coordination between
    Beauty Advisors
    and
    Branch Teams
    for campaign delivery.

Website & Content Ownership

  • Oversee
    website content and design
    , ensuring accurate PDPs, category pages, and promotions.
  • Guide the
    product roadmap
    , UX enhancements, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage
    visual content curation
    in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
  • Implement best practices for
    SEO, AOV growth, and conversion rate improvement.

Data & Analytics

  • Maintain a
    daily dashboard
    covering sales, traffic, ROI, stock, and promotional performance.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and customer trends.
  • Prepare
    weekly and monthly digital business reviews
    highlighting key learnings and corrective actions.
  • Present clear insights and actionable recommendations to management.

  • Digital Profitability:
    Achievement of digital P&L targets and ROI benchmarks.
  • JBP Achievement:
    95%+ achievement on digital JBPs with partner Brands.
  • Website Accuracy:
    99% accuracy in product, pricing, and stock data.
  • Marketing Efficiency:
    100% execution on Digital Marketing calendar and measurable improvement in CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Growth in repeat customers and CRM-driven sales.
  • Reporting Precision:
    Timely delivery of comprehensive analytics for decision-making.
  • Revenue management:
    100% accuracy from Till to Bank.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Commerce
    , Finance, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in digital marketing, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail management.
  • Strong understanding of
    WooCommerce/WordPress
    , Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Excel and CRM tools.
  • Proven experience in managing
    digital ad budgets
    and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in
    content management
    , basic design (Canva or similar), and data visualization tools.
  • Analytical thinker with
    commercial awareness
    and excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to
    lead cross-functional teams
    , prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
