Job SummaryTo implement and drive the sales strategy and action plansfor the sales and distribution of product and services to resellers,distributors, agents & merchants within the assigned sales region. The roleis expected to deliver sales targets and revenue margins across the customernetwork within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities· To achieve the Sales (Revenue) targets of theregion – both Mobile &MFS· To achieve Customer Base targets via acquisitiondrives & supporting HQ -led Trade Marketing & Brand Activities.· To drive Channel Specific Agenda in line withCompany targets – ASOs, SSOs, Agents· To achieve Site Profitability targets within theregion via Site -based activities & programs.· To prepare & implement the Infrastructureblue print for the region to ensure full market coverage.· To undertake Channel Partner Relationshipmanagement to ensure sustainable business practices and profitability (ROI).· To oversee & drive the people capabilityagenda across all levels – staff, 3P Staff and Partner Staff.· To ensure customer expectations regardingstandard of services & product knowledge are met, both in Stores & inPartners stores· To monitor the activities of competition and toprepare counter action plans.· To build interfaces & relations with otherdepartments to driver overall agenda in the region: Finance, Logistics, andMarketing RequirementsQualifications -Academic and Professional● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field● Relevant professional Sales Management certificationExperience2 - 3 years' experience in Regional Senior Management rolein sales and distributionCompetencies● Customer focus● Influencing and negotiation skills● Networking and building partnerships● Analytical thinking● Leadership skills● Sales skills● Route to market management● Performance monitoring and management
