Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will ensure a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Clerical Skills, including data entry and filing
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with office management tools and software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
