Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counsellor (Study Abroad Advisor) located in Westlands, Nairobi County, Kenya. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking to study abroad, assisting with career counseling, and facilitating communication between students and educational institutions. Daily tasks include meeting with students, assessing their academic and career goals, providing information about study programs, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and study abroad processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • This is an entry level position
