Job Purpose

The Marketer will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting hospitality services, securing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

· Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

· Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

· Track and report on sales performance, targets, and marketing campaigns.

· Participate in hospitality fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· –3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing (preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or resorts).

· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
