Marketing Officer

Norda Industries Ltd, a leading snack food manufacturer, is seeking a Marketing Officer
to support the implementation of marketing strategies, understand market, engage customers, execute brand strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and results-oriented, with the ability to translate market insights into impactful marketing actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer studies to identify opportunities and trends. Analyse and present performance data including campaign ROI, customer feedback, and sales impact to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Sales team and customers to transform market data into new product ideas, improved offerings, and targeted campaigns that resonate with our consumers.
- Manage the
Product Development Process
from feasibility studies and sample testing to brand naming and launch execution ensuring all activities align with consumer insights and business goals.
- Manage in-store activations, trade events, and promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and increase product uptake.
- Manage the company's website and digital platforms to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop creative marketing materials, packaging designs, and promotional content aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of
experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within a manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on exposure to market research, retail activation, and product development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A self-starter with curiosity, discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
