Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Sales Team at Amara Capital Limited. The role is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Team member will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include client meetings, proposal development, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, client management, and relationship-building
  • Market research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Understanding of product branding and marketing automation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Nairobi County business landscape is beneficial
