Our client is a leading software as a service provider with a history of innovation in redefining the different demographics of the workforce.

Leveraging upon the same platform that is used around the world by leading business schools, global companies, human resource teams and leading recruiting firms, they are keen on sharing the same expertise and resources locally.

Their rapid growth has been fueled by an expert team of affiliate marketers who work on the platform to generate leads and close sales. The licensed affiliates reach thousands of consumers to help them meet their needs - often with just a single click. To complement this channel, the company recently expanded to offer an entirely digital purchase experience.

Opportunity and Impact

Based on this the client is looking for an Affiliate Marketer that is (100% commission based) to join their growing team They are looking to continue the exponential expansion this year with an outside sales team who shares their drive and motivation as well as a desire to serve the customers and build a customer base with the highest level of service.

The Affiliate Marketers have a very clear and realistic path to make $50K+ per year ($30K+ in their first year); with a product that almost sells itself. Together, the team carefully crafted this role and designed it based on creating "the dream" sales role that you'd want to stay in forever and so far it's been working great.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Initiate outbound efforts (call, text, email, social media) each day to prospects.

  2. Respond in a timely manner to all leads.

  3. Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule sales calls.

  4. Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.

  5. Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.

Qualifications

  1. Online sales and/ or marketing experience is mandatory

  2. Customer centric

  3. Great listening skills and excellent phone demeanor

  4. Technologically proficient; not an expert, but knowledgeable

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication

  6. CRM experience a HUGE plus

Recruiting process

Despite this being a commission only role we insist on getting only the right candidates and invest a lot of time in it.

Stage 1: Initial shortlisting and interviews

Stage 2: 10 days trial where the candidate will be required to close a minimum number of sales. This will be paid at the full commission rate

Stage 3: Proceed to offer and full onboarding.

Compensation details

  1. Job Type: 100% commission only

  2. Salary: $30k - $50k+ per year

  3. Bonus opportunities

  4. COVID-19 considerations: Position is 100% Remote

  5. Job Types: Full-time. Despite being a commission only remote job it should not be taken as a part time job.
