About the Role

We're looking for a
Growth Marketing and Partnerships Manager
to drive strategic collaborations and accelerate CloudPlexo's expansion across
Kenya and Ghana
. You'll play a key role in building strong partnerships, increasing market visibility, and driving business growth. Success in this role means securing impactful partnerships, improving brand presence, and helping position CloudPlexo as a leading AWS Consulting Partner in Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth campaigns and events.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize value creation.
  • Develop partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    partnerships, marketing, or business development
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of
    B2B growth and cloud technology
    is a plus.
