Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Operations, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Head of Operations will oversee and optimize daily operations, implement efficient workflows, and ensure smooth functioning of the supply chain and production processes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, leading diverse teams, and fostering effective communication across departments. The role will ensure that operational goals are aligned with the company's strategy while continuously seeking opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to effectively run and optimize processes and handle financial planning.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, identifying trends, and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Experience in Team Management and Communication to lead, collaborate, and motivate team members towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset to address challenges and drive innovation in operations.
  • Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
