Techwise Managed Services is seeking for System Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide a sound and secure information technology that supports Preeminent technology's clients including server harder/software maintenance ,Email, backup solutions, security and cloud computing.

The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory ,DNS,DHCP, TCP-IP ,server/PC hardware, backups, user and group management, remote access and general Information security.

The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining various computers systems, and applications. This includes system and application upgrades and patches. The candidate will also be responsible for securing data and other resources and ensuring data availability and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain system efficiency
  • Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
  • Make recommendations for upgrades
  • Evaluate and modify system performance


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our SAAS product and Windows/Linux operating systems.


• Escalate customer inquiries to higher-level team as necessary.


• Document technical support interactions and maintain customer records.


• Collaborate with other support engineers and developers to resolve technical issues.


• Stay current with industry developments and new technologies related to our product and Windows/Linux operating systems.


• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor always.


• Be the first line of support for all operational, software, and hardware challenges.


• Monitor all communication channels including but not limited to, WhatsApp groups, support email inbox, phone support lines, Slack, Skype, MS Teams groups, and internal communications.


• Champion the support process by ensuring the accurate documentation of all tickets, knowledge transfer articles, SOP's, and all other learning materials.


• Administer and audit access credentials to various software systems.


• Monitor and gather online feedback from hotel digital listings to identify training opportunities.


• Participate in remote agent training sessions and Q&A sessions as required.


• Assist with the planning and implementation of new hotel accounts.


• Observe and report the skills, service levels, and accuracy of various reception transactions between a remote agent and a customer/guest.


• Research transaction details as required.

  • • Participate in weekly, daily, monthly & annual meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in computer science or Information Technology field or Equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5yrs experience as System Administrator
  • System Engineer certification
  • Strong analytical skills


• Experience in technical support, with a focus on SAAS products and Windows/Linux operating systems.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.


• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as SAAS product support.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional demeanour.


• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Skills

* Strong Knowledge and Remote Support

* TCP/IP network routing, communications ports (port-forwarding), and configuring hardware firewall rules

* Must have had lead role in design and implementation of Active Directory systems

* Strong written communication and documentation skills

* Domain-name registration and modification, authoritative DNS host changes

* DNS record types, modifying records and migrating domains and/or DNS hosts

* Configuring and troubleshooting network printing and scanning via TCP/IP

* Understanding and developing strategies for data protection via data backups and business-continuance planning for disaster-recovery situations

* Working with technical-support services to develop solutions to problems with various products' support departments, including ISPs and hardware & software manufacturers

* Ability to learn new technologies and run training secession.

* Willing to work in 24*7 Shift
