JOB TITLE: SALES ENGINEERAbout This Job:Q -SourcingLimited trading as Q -Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firmoperating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya,Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf ofour client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Sales Engineer to work in Nairobi, KenyaDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities· Achieving Annual Budget for Unit (Generator) Sales and parts sales.· Lead Generationfor Generators & Create the strong enquiry base for respective products/ Services.· Preparing Techno - Commercial Proposals.· Analyze themarket requirements, competitor's plans/ strategies and prepare the businessplans.· Making closerelationship with consultants, contractors, customers and all working staff.· Collaborating asa key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the clientbuyer and other internal groups.· Developing Network of Consultant & Contractors for ProjectBusiness.· Preparing presentations, proposals etc. as per specific customer'srequirement· Mapping all Tender requirements pro actively in the market and toensure KJL Participation in tenders.· Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standardsolution, proposal and cost estimate.· Understand and clearly define the input required to create costestimates.· Developing a network of Service providers for after sales support.· Lead Generation via Potential Customer visits, digital marketingand through Networking.· Quotation submission and Daily Follow up with Potential customers.· Customer Visits for follow -up and order finalization.· Business Development by achieving the annual budget for unitsales, Service & Spares Business.· Maintaining MIS Reports for Enquiries, Sales, Existing Customerdatabase and Service Schedule.· Coordinating and Leading for Installation and Commissioning ofGenerator sets, Troubleshooting, routine maintenance, B checks, topoverhauling, and major overhauling if required.· Prepare PDI reports and inspections.· Keeping record of the service visits, i.e. Warranty, Out ofWarranty, and AMC. Prepare the service report duly signed and stamped by thecustomer.· Follow up PO from the parts customer quotation reference with theservice report. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor's degree in a related field.· Proven experience as a sales Manager orsimilar role in the automotive or leasing industry.· Strong understanding of vehicle leasingprocesses and market dynamics.· Excellent leadership and team managementskills.· Strong negotiation, communication, andinterpersonal skills.· Ability to analyze data and make informeddecisions.· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware.Skills & Competencies: · Strategic thinking and problem -solvingabilities.· Results -oriented with a strong drive to meetand exceed targets.· Ability to build and maintain relationshipswith clients and stakeholders.· Excellent organizational and time managementskills.· Adaptability and ability to thrive in afast -paced environmentInterestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow. Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
