DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support daily operations and complete assigned tasks.

· Learn company policies, processes and procedures.

· Observe and apply knowledge from senior staff.

· Meet set goals and comply with company rules.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree.

• No prior experience required.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to develop technical skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.
