Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Repair Technician, located in Nairobi. The Solar Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing solar energy systems, performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently. The role includes providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the technical team to meet client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appliance Repair, Equipment Maintenance, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Communication skills and focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and solve technical problems
  • Previous experience in solar technology or renewable energy systems is an advantage
  • Technical certification or diploma in electrical or renewable energy engineering preferred
  • A commitment to delivering quality work and maintaining safety standards
