Our client in the facilities management industry seeks to urgently fill the following position.

Job Title: Tender Processing Officer

Industry: Hospitality Services

Location: Nairobi CBD

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

To manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely and compliant submission of bids for hospitality service contracts. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from government, corporate, and private sectors.
  • Analyze tender documents and extract key requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of bid documents, including technical and financial proposals
  • Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, legal) to gather necessary inputs.
  • Ensure all submissions meet compliance standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track outcomes.
  • Support post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Continuously improve tendering processes and documentation templates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in tender processing or procurement, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
  • Familiarity with public procurement laws and bidding platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
