Job Description

  • Oversee daily studio activities, ensuring smooth coordination across swim lanes (e.g., branding, interiors, digital content).
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules.
  • Implement systems for tracking deliverables, revisions, and approvals across departments.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and content teams to ensure creative outputs meet brand standards.
  • Review and refine design concepts, ensuring consistency across locations and mediums.
  • Maintain high-quality execution of visual assets, signage, and branded environments.
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align swim lane outputs with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline studio workflows.
  • Introduce tools and systems that enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on design trends, especially those relevant to African and Middle Eastern markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in studio or creative operations, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong understanding of swim lane methodology and creative production pipelines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams or across regional markets is a plus.
