Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Fleet Operations Manager. The role is located on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of vehicles, monitor fuel usage, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. The manager will also set and maintain budgets related to fleet operations, develop and implement process improvements, and supervise the fleet team to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
  • Strong Operations Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the transportation industry is a plus
