Administrative Project Assistant

Job Description
- Support the administrative work for the Concept Manager & Gallery Manager.
- Prepare, update & complete order schedules & Bill of Quantity's on the system promptly.
- Handle admin tasks: scheduling emails, Meeting minutes, Document filing and Reporting.
- Tracking & Updating critical path documents.
- Support the Concept & Art Managers with timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking.
- Create and Manage a Concept & Art specific supplier list.
- Assist in the coordination of installation at the point of mobilization (TIT).
- Updating the schedules for the art inventory.
- Errands-Collection/delivery of samples and inventory.
- Manage Concept & Art storage inventory.
- Summarize interdepartmental briefs & requests into Concept & Art departments.
- Represent the Concept & Art department in meetings when Managers have schedule conflicts.
Requirements
- Experience in admin or project management support skills.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office,with emphasis on Excel & Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Confident & articulate good on the phone.
- Must be presentable to represent the brand quality in meetings.
