Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Computer Sales & Marketing professional, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The responsibility of the role includes engaging with clients to understand their technology needs, promoting and selling computer hardware, software, and electronics, and identifying new business opportunities. The professional will also provide technical support to customers, develop sales strategies, and analyze data to assess market trends and customer behavior.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • 19-26 years old
  • Experience in computer and electronics sales & providing Technical Support to customers to solve product-related issues
  • Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience (atleast 2 years) in the electronics or technology industry is a must.
  • diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
