JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Marketing Executive to work in Nairobi, Kenya.


JOB SUMMARY.

Managing and implementing marketing ATL & BTL strategies to promote the company's products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behavior patterns and corporate goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Content & Digital Marketing:

· Write and edit marketing content including blog posts, email newsletters, and product briefs.

· Manage and update mailing lists and CRM tools.

· Review and condense internal publications such as crime briefings for client and public dissemination.

· Brief, liaise with, and manage creative and digital agencies on campaigns, design assets, and timelines.

Campaign & Event Support:

· Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and internal/external events.

· Collaborate with the events and PR team to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and audience engagement.

Branding & Communication:

· Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all internal and external content.

· Prepare internal briefs for campaigns and initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.

· Assist in developing partnership materials and promotional collateral when needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

· Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email platforms, and digital tools like Canva .

· Experience managing creative or digital agencies.

· Comfortable working independently and coordinating across teams.

· Basic graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) - Bonus

· Experience in B2B marketing or the security/technology sector-Bonus

· A keen eye for analytics and data-driven marketing-Bonus
