Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1.     Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

2.     Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive fieldwork and client engagement.

3.     Conduct client visits and product demonstrations to potential customers

4.     Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

5.     Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide actionable feedback to management.

6.     Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates regularly.

Key Requirements

1.     Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2.     At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (manufacturing)

3.     Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

4.     Target‑driven with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

5.     Valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively.

6.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7.     High levels of professionalism, discipline, and client orientation.

8.     Ability to work with minimal supervision.

9.     Should possess the ability to strategically target large corporations and businesses while effectively negotiating and closing high-value deals.
