Job Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kiambu County, Kenya for a Sales Representative – Dairy Industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the dairy sector. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, consultative selling, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented
Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing client relationships, and driving product sales across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Promote and sell dairy products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of
    2 years' experience
    in FMCG or dairy product sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts.
  • Must be self-driven, reliable, and familiar with Kiambu and nearby markets.
  • Valid motorcycle or driving license is an added advantage.
