JOB PURPOSE – SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly efficient and organized intern to assist with a critical project focused on updating Vendor Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) across our supplier master database. This role requires extensive outreach, meticulous tracking, and close coordination with the internal ADAMS team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Vendor Outreach: Contact a list of vendors via phone and email to request updated PIN numbers.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain a detailed log using Excel to track communication status (initial outreach, follow-up, receipt of PIN, update status).
  • Database Updating: Coordinate with the ADAMS Team to ensure the new PIN numbers are accurately and promptly updated in the Supplier Master.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on completion status and highlight any bottlenecks or unresponsive vendors.

PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excel Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Email Communication: Excellent written communication skills for professional vendor correspondence.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive data accurately and ensure precise updates.
  • Speed and Efficiency: A strong focus on speed and meeting high-volume targets is essential.
  • Self-Management: Must be proactive and able to manage a high-volume workload independently.
