Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive and grow our brand presence in Kenya's competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will ensure high-level brand positioning, agent collaboration, and investor/client-focused communications. This is a strategic yet hands-on role requiring strong coordination with the digital marketer / creative to ensure alignment on lead generation and brand growth.

Responsibilities.

1.     Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's core business objectives.

2.     Brand visibility by ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all platforms .

3.     Work closely with the creative to ensure alignment between online marketing strategy.

4.     Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.

5.     Supervise the production of all creative output—from photography and videography to brochures and digital assets—ensuring each piece meets the firm's aesthetic and brand standards.

6.     Oversee all property listings, ensuring timely and compelling updates on websites and partner platforms.

7.     Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and PR initiatives to strengthen company's positioning.

8.     Collaborate with the digital marketer to drive lead generation, content creation, and social media campaigns.

9.     Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and produce marketing reports.

  1. Content Strategy and creation to ensure brand positioning.

  2. Consistently post and manage social media platforms (IG, FB, Tiktok and LinkedIn) in collaboration with the creative and in alignment with branding guidelines

  3. Write comprehensive property descriptions to be posted on the website and blog post.

  4. Craft compelling email content for marketing or lead conversion.

  5. Work with influencers or local lifestyle content creators for curated property showcases.

  6. Run timely promotions tied to events or launches e.g. open houses, etc

  7. Develop marketing strategies for various projects

  8. Prepare and refine internal pitch decks.

Academic Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

·      A postgraduate diploma or certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Strategy is an added advantage.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in a mid- to senior-level marketing role, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, luxury brands, or service-driven sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful branding, digital, and content-driven campaigns with quantifiable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
  • Prior exposure to event planning, open houses, PR initiatives, and cross-platform promotional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Wix, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, or Salesforce) for lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Skilled in writing SEO-optimized property descriptions, blog content, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing and scheduling posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market research, campaign analytics, and competitor insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and marketing messages.
  • Strong grasp of brand storytelling, tone-of-voice, and visual consistency across platforms.
  • Proven ability to create and manage marketing calendars, develop property marketing plans, and produce pitch decks and client proposals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and time management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with agents, clients, creatives, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
