Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Karen Ward. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting BINAA's comprehensive building solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting to clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our services.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in conducting market research and generating leads
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the building and construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, or related field
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
