The ideal candidate will have a background in coordinating events within a hotel setup and a proven ability to manage both small and large -scale functions with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesØ  Coordinate and manage all aspects of events andbanqueting services from planning to execution.Ø  Liaise with clients to understand eventrequirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.Ø  Work closely with other hotel departments(F&B, kitchen, front office, housekeeping) to ensure seamless eventexecution.Ø  Manage event bookings, prepare proposals, andoversee banquet event orders (BEOs).Ø  Supervise event set -up, service, and breakdown,ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.Ø  Monitor inventory and ensure event -relatedequipment and supplies are available and in good condition.Ø  Ensure compliance with health, safety, andhygiene standards during events.Ø  Handle client feedback and resolve any issues orcomplaints during or after events. RequirementsØ  Minimumof 2–3 years of experience in Events and Banqueting coordination withinthe hotel industry.Ø  Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities.Ø  Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Ø  Abilityto work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ø  Experiencein working with hotel reservation/event management systems is an addedadvantage. High attention to detail with a customer -centricapproach.
