Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Banquet Manager. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing food & beverage arrangements, hiring and training staff, and maintaining communication with clients to meet their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with Food & Beverage management
  • Skills in Hiring and Training staff
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred
