
Sales Representative – Skincare and Beauty

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in
the skincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and
beauty products, have a deep understanding of the market, and possess exceptional sales and
customer service skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales,
building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential customers across retail, B2B, and direct sales channels.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market presence.
- Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and routines.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and skincare routines.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge.
- Participate in and organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Support marketing campaigns through in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
- Ensure strong product merchandising, displays, and visibility in partner stores.
Requirements Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or
- wellness sector.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, consumer behavior, and beauty
industry trends.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about skincare and beauty.
