Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for a Door to Door Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling ClensySoaps products directly to consumers through door-to-door interactions. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Representative will provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales management team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven Sales experience and the ability to achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with the Beauty Industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

REMUNERATION
17500KES base Salary plus 10% commission on targets reach. Re-evaluated periodically for valuable employees.
