Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for an Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget, supporting team leadership, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to strategy execution, oversee workflow efficiency, and provide support for administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in team management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Project management expertise with experience in planning, scheduling, and managing resources
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure
  • Prior experience in architecture, planning, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is beneficial
  • Adaptability and commitment to working in an on-site environment
